Tim Huber at Murder Trial: Tim Larson Called Me 'Stupid Idiot'
Prosecutors showed video of Tim Huber's initial interview with a detective about the 2011 shooting death of Albertville resident Tim Larson.
In a Kandiyohi County District courtroom Friday, the West Central Tribune reported that defendant Tim Huber said on video that Albertville resident Tim Larson had spoken to him in a “real harsh, real tough, real mean” way the night before Huber's father, Delbert, shot Larson dead in 2011 on property belonging to Larson's father, Norman.
Friday was the second day of testimony in Tim Huber's murder trial, ending the trial's first week in Willmar.

Day two of testimony began at 9:00 a.m. and things wrapped-up for the week at 2:15 p.m. ... Kandiyohi County prosecutors are trying to prove to the jury [Delbert Huber's] son Tim either knew, conspired with or encouraged Delbert to shoot Larson.
