Two Men Arrested in St. Michael for Possession of Burglary Tools, Theft

The following incidents were among the arrests in the county made by Wright County deputies Sept. 23-30, 2013. 

Sept. 23

• A 22-year-old Monticello man was arrested in Hennepin County on a Wright County warrant for 5th degree controlled substance violation. 
• A 23-year-old St. Paul man was arrested in Buffalo on the charge of theft. 
• A 46-year-old Sauk Center man was arrested in Buffalo on a Stearns County warrant for theft. 
• A 22-year-old St. Paul man was arrested in Monticello on a Ramsey County warrant for terroristic threats. 

Sept. 24

• A 50-year-old Otsego man was arrested in Albertville on the charges of 5th degree controlled substance violation and theft.
• A 23-year-old Monticello man was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for probation violation.

Sept. 25

• A 49-year-old Maple Lake man was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for stalking. 
• A 34-year-old Monticello man was arrested in Sherburne County on a Wright County warrant for theft.

Sept. 26

• A 29-year-old Stillwater man was arrested in Buffalo on the charges of 3rd degree DWI and 5th degree controlled substance violation.
• A 40-year-old Rush City man was arrested in Anoka County on a Wright County warrant for forgery.
• A 41-year-old Maple Lake man was arrested in Benton County on Wright County warrants for disorderly conduct and violation of a no contact order.
• A 19-year-old Cokato man was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for 5th degree controlled substance violation.
• A 26-year-old Buffalo man was charged with misdemeanor assault.

Sept. 27

• A 34-year-old Monticello woman was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for 5th degree controlled substance violation.
• A 21-year-old Buffalo man was arrested in McLeod County on Wright County warrants for theft and receiving stolen property.

Sept. 28

• A 25-year-old Monticello man was arrested in Buffalo on the charges of 5th degree controlled substance violation, 5th degree assault and domestic assault.
• A 21-year-old Monticello woman was arrested in Monticello on a Wright County warrant for probation violation.
• A 40-year-old Monticello man was arrested in Monticello on an apprehension and detention order from the MN Department of Corrections.
• A 34-year-old of Monticello man was arrested in Monticello on the charge of 2nd degree DWI.

Sept. 29

• A 52-year-old Northfield woman was arrested in Monticello on the charge of 3rd degree DWI test refusal. 
• A 49-year-old man St. Michael was arrested in St. Michael on an apprehension and detention order from the MN Department of Corrections. 
• A 34-year-old Buffalo man was arrested in Buffalo on the charges of 3rd degree assault and domestic assault. 
• A 24-year-old Grafton, ND man was arrested in Monticello on the charges of 5th degree assault and disorderly conduct.
•  A 23-year-old Okeechobee, FL man was arrested in Monticello on the charges of 5th degree assault and disorderly conduct.
•  A 26-year-old Okeechobee, FL man was arrested in Monticello on the charges of 5th degree assault and disorderly conduct. 
• A 19-year-old Otsego woman was arrested in Buffalo on the charge of aid and abet robbery.

Sept. 30

• A 31-year-old Oak Grove man was arrested in St. Michael on the charges of possession of burglary tools, theft, motor vehicle tampering and trespassing.
• A 44-year-old Oak Grove man was arrested in St. Michael on the charges of possession of burglary tools, 1st degree controlled substance violation, theft, motor vehicle tampering and trespassing.

There were 20 property damage accidents, four personal injury accidents, two hit and run accidents and four car/deer accidents. There was one arrest for DWI, five underage consumption arrests, and 42 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.
