Warrants, Theft Lead to Arrests in St. Michael-Albertville Area

Here's a look at recent fire calls, police arrests and other violations. All information is provided by the respected agencies and is public record.

March 5

Lakasha Irene Barrow, 28, of Brooklyn Center was arrested in Hennepin County on a Wright County warrant for theft.

March 6

Katie Lee Leon-Ortega, 27, of St Michael was arrested in St Michael on a Wright County warrant for falsely reporting a crime.

Douglas Alan Knutson, 28, of Albertville was arrested in Albertville on an apprehension and detention order from Wright County.

March 7

Nikkia Kenyetta Young, 34, of Albertville was arrested in Albertville on a Sherburne County warrant for a probation violation.

March 8

Andrew Curtis Pollari, 22, of Otsego was arrested in Otsego for 2nd degree burglary.

Jeffrey Paul Trisko, 46, of Otsego was arrested in Otsego on an apprehension and detention order from Wright County.

Amber Lynn Zoellmer, 31, of Albertville was arrested in Albertville for violation of conditions of release.

March 9

The responded to a call in the 200th block of Central Avenue E.  There was a strong smell of sulfur in the area.

The SMFD responded to a medical call in the 300h block of Hillcrest Drive NE.  There was a female having difficulty breathing.

The SMFD responded to a motor vehicle accident call at the intersection of Highway 241 and Main Street S.

March 11

Michael John Steffens, 29, of Albertville was arrested in Albertville on the charge of 3rd degree DWI.

Wright County deputies reported 29 property damage accidents, four personal injury accidents, five Hit-and-Run accidents and six car vs. deer accidents for the week ending March 12. There were also 13 arrests for DWI, three underage consumption arrests, a school bus stop arm violation, and 72 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations issued this week.
