Wright County Car vs. Deer Accidents Soar Throughout Week Prior to Thanksgiving

The following calls for service were placed to Wright County Sheriff's Office and the St. Michael Fire Department.

November 14

Matthew Wayne Gilbert, 34, of St Michael was arrested in Ramsey County on a Wright County warrant for 1st degree criminal sexual conduct. 

November 16

Edward Keith Dembry, 19, of Minneapolis was arrested in Hennepin County on a Wright County warrant for theft.

Jeremy John Dore, 37, of St. Michael was charged with misdemeanor fifth degree assault.

November 19

St. Michael Fire Department responded to a medical call in the 11000th block of 17th Place NE.  There was a 28 week pregnant woman having severe abdominal pains. 

St. Michael Fire Department was dispatched to a medical call in the 4000th block of Lange Avenue NE.  A 80 year old male was having chest pains.

St. Michael Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 94 at mile marker 205. 

St. Michael Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 94 at Highway 241.

St. Michael Fire Department responded to a medical call in the 2000th block of Langston Lane NE.  There was a female having difficulty breathing.

November 20

St. Michael Fire Department responded to a medical call in the 1000th block of La Beaux Avenue NE.  There was a male having chest pains.

St. Michael Fire Department responded to a medical call in the 11000th block of Frankfort Parkway NE.  A person was hit by a vehicle.

There were 15 property damage accidents, one personal injury accident, eight hit-and-run accidents and 19 car vs. deer accidents.

There were 10 arrests for DWI, five underage consumption arrests and 13 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations issued this week.
