Wright County Sheriff’s Office Makes DWI Arrests in Albertville, Otsego

The following incidents were among the arrests in the county made by Wright County deputies Sept. 9-16, 2013. 

Sept. 9

• A 45-year-old Clearwater man was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for terroristic threats.

• A 29-year-old Clearwater man was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for violation of conditions of release.

• A 20-year-old Monticello man was arrested in Monticello on the charge of disturbing the peace.

• A 26-year-old Detroit Lakes man was arrested in Becker County on a Wright County warrant for 5th degree controlled substance violation.

• A 22-year-old of St. Cloud man was arrested in Sherburne County on a Wright County warrant for 3rd degree burglary.

• A 25-year-old Frazee man was arrested in Silver Creek Township on the charge of driving after cancellation inimical to public safety.

Sept. 10

• A 19-year-old Farmington woman was arrested in Monticello on the charge of 5th degree controlled substance violation.

• A 25-year-old Farmington man was arrested in Dakota County on a Wright County warrant for stalking.

• A 47-year-old Pillager woman was arrested in Crow Wing County on a Wright County warrant for 5th degree controlled substance violation.

• A 25-year-old New Hope man was arrested in Hennepin County on a Wright County warrant for aid abet robbery.

• A 29-year-old Annandale woman was arrested in Buffalo on an apprehension and detention order from the MN Department of Corrections.

• A 30-year-old Annandale man was arrested in Monticello on a Wright County warrant for interference with a 911 call.

Sept. 11

• A 19-year-old Delano man was arrested in Monticello on a Wright County warrant for domestic assault.

• A 31-year-old Buffalo woman was arrested in Buffalo on the charges of 5th degree assault and domestic assault.

• A 23-year-old Blaine woman was arrested in Monticello on the charge of 5th degree controlled substance violation.

• A 26-year-old Marshall man was arrested in Monticello on the charge of possession of stolen property.

• A 50-year-old St. Paul man was arrested in Ramsey County on a Wright County warrant for 1st degree controlled substance violation.

Sept. 12

• A 42-year-old Montrose man was arrested in Woodland Township on an apprehension and detention order from the MN Department of Corrections.

• A 49-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested in Hennepin County on a Wright County warrant for financial transaction card fraud.

• A 50-year-old Maple Lake man was arrested in Isanti County on a Wright County warrant for 5th degree controlled substance violation.

Sept. 13

• A 31-year-old Blaine man was arrested in Maple Lake on the charge of 2nd degree DWI refusal.

• A 25-year-old Monticello man was arrested in Monticello on the charge of 5th degree controlled substance violation.

• A 38-year-old Monticello woman was arrested in Monticello on the charge of 5th degree controlled substance violation and a Hennepin County warrant for theft.

• A 50-year-old Monticello woman was arrested in Monticello on an apprehension and detention order from Wright County.

• A 38-year-old Albertville man was arrested in Albertville on a Wright County warrant for domestic assault.

Sept. 14

• A 21-year-old Annandale man was arrested in Annandale on a Stearns County warrant for forgery.

• A 20-year-old Monticello man was arrested in Monticello on the charges of violation of conditions of release and underage consumption.

• A 29-year-old Crystal man was arrested in Albertville on the charge of 3rd degree DWI.

Sept. 15

• A 39-year-old Fridley woman was arrested in Otsego on the charge of 3rd degree DWI. 

• A 53-year-old Monticello woman was arrested in Monticello on a Carver County warrant for contempt of court.

• A 36-year-old Big Lake man was arrested in Monticello on the charge of theft. 

• A 29-year-old Buffalo man was arrested in Buffalo on the charge of disorderly conduct.

Sept. 16

• A 28-year-old Robbinsdale man was arrested in Monticello on the charge of 3rd degree DWI.

There were 19 property damage accidents, four personal injury Accidents, and five car/deer accidents. There were six arrests for DWI, one underage consumption arrests, and 49 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.
