Albertville Council to Meet Tonight
The Albertville City Council meets tonight and more discussion about the interim city administrator.
The Albertville City Council will be meeting at 7 p.m. at Albertville City Hall tonight. Included on the agenda is the continuing discussion of how to proceed with both an interim and permanent city administrator.
Two weeks ago the council met with interim candidate Bob Thistle and discussed drafting a contract and putting together a long term plan.
City attorney Mike Couri has drafted a contract between the city and Thistle that will be discussed with costs outlined. Because the city is still paying former city administrator severance, these costs will be considered a budget overage.
