Christopher Joseph Sikorski, 29, St. Michael, sentenced on Oct. 19 for Gross Misdemeanor Interfere with a 911 Call to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 363 days, $2,500 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 2 days jail, pay $500 fine plus surcharges, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, complete a compassion workshop and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.  Sentenced by Judge Mottl.

 Laura Lee Trussell, age 18, Minneapolis, sentenced on Oct. 26 for Misdemeanor Aid and Abet Theft to 90 days jail, $1,000 fine; 75 days, $900 stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 15 days jail, pay $100 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no same or similar violations.  Sentenced by Judge Mottl.

Joseph Gregory Lutgen, 23, Otsego, sentenced on Oct. 28 for Misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct to 90 days jail, $1,000 fine; 90 days, $700 stayed for one year on conditions of probation, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, complete compassion workshop and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.  Sentenced by Judge Halsey.

Stephanie Dawn Reynolds, 39, St. Michael, sentenced on 11/02/11 for Misdemeanor Falsely Reporting a Crime to 90 days jail; 90 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, pay $75 public defender co-payment, pay restitution, have no same or similar violations.  Sentenced by Judge Davis.
