Timothy Huber, Second Man Accused of Murdering Albertville Teacher, Set for Trial
Unlike his father, Timothy Huber, 46, has not accepted a plea in the case accusing him of being an accomplice to the murder of St. Michael-Albertville's Timothy Larson in 2011.
Timothy Huber, the 46-year-old son of Delbert Huber, appears to be ready to head to court early next year in the case accusing him of being an accomplice to the murder of St. Michael-Albertville Middle School West teacher Timothy Larson in 2011.
According to the West Central Tribune, a hearing for the younger Huber was postponed yesterday when Judge Donald M. Spilseth was not available for an afternoon hearing.
The pre-trial hearing will be set for Jan. 15, 2013.

A wrongful death suit against both men, filed by the family of 43-year-old Timothy Larson, is also pending in Wright County.
Timothy and Delbert Huber were both arrested on counts of second-degree murder in October 2011 after the shooting death of Timothy Larson back on Oct. 8. The shooting occurred on Larson's father's property after a dispute over farm work that was being done by the Hubers, and equipment on the land.

Both men were indicted on first-degree murder charges later that year by a grand jury.
to second-degree murder, and is currently incarcerated in the Minnesota Corrections Facility in Faribault. He was sentenced to more than 30 years in jail without possiblity of parole.
Timothy Huber has been in the Kandiyohi County Jail since his arrest, where he is being held on $1 million bail.
