What's the Best St. Michael Area Spot for March Madness?

Patch readers will be voting on their favorite place to soak in "The Dance."

For sports fans, it's the most highly anticipated month of the year—the annual NCAA men's basketball tournament.

From Cinderellas to buzzer-beaters, the tournament never fails to excite and entertain. And what better way to take in the games then with some friends at an area sports bar?

Here at St. Michael Patch, we've rounded up a few favorites and are asking for readers to tell us which place is the best of the best. Between now and 9 p.m. on March 29, you can vote once for your favorite locale.

  • - with a solid menu and plenty of big screens, it's a great place to catch a lot of the action.
  • - already a winner for Favorite Place for St. Patrick's Day, Pubhouse has rolled back some of the TV's, but still has enough to soak in a game while enjoying a pint.
  • - The flat screens are new, and picture perfect.
  • - the biggest big screen in the community, right in the font of the house, and then in the back, another high-quality big screen for the "other game" of the hour.
  • - Another big screen, plus great chicken and beer, perfect for a day taking in the games.

Enjoy the tournament! There have been enough storylines, already, to put 2012 into the record books. With the Sweet 16 and, or course, Final Four left to go, it's sure to get crazy at the dance.
