33 Ideas for the Old CineMagic Site in St. Michael
We asked for your Visions for Vacancy where the movie theater once was, and you came through (big time) with nearly 50 comments at Patch and on Facebook.
Ideas poured in when St. Michael Patch asked what you'd like to see at the site of the former CineMagic Metropolitan 15. The most popular idea: Make it a movie theater again. But there were at least 33 other ideas too—see them listed below.
First, a point of clarification, courtesy of City of St. Michael Community Development Director Marc Weigle:
"There are 2 separate parcels for sale. The first is the vacant lot in front of the theater and across the street from SA. This is a 1.38 acre lot and owned by a different entity than the theater lot. The theater is on a 10.17 acre lot and listed at $2,950,000."
