12 Students Awarded Courtesy and Respect Award at St. Michael-Albertville High School

The students demonstrated leadership, smart decision-making, and conducted themselves with sincere courtesy.

Excellence in academics, good decision-making, involvement in extracurricular activities, and treating others with respect led 12 students to win a Courtesy and Respect award.

"This is quite an honor — we take a lot of pride in choosing these students," said St. Michael-Albertville High School Principal Bob Driver. "It's an honor to have these students step up in the classroom and be leaders."

The 12 STMA High School students and their parents were honored at the Dec. 17 school board meeting, when Driver said they were chosen from approximately 350 students in the school.
