St. Michael Student Completes Eagle Scout Project

Andrew Bollin, a senior at St. Michael-Albertville High School, completed his Eagle Scout project before the school year began at Big Woods.

St. Michael resident, Andrew Bollin competed his Eagle Scout project this past August at the elementary school he graduated from some seven years ago, Big Woods.

"I wanted to do a community garden that was similar to one I had seen at Fieldstone," Bollin said last week.

So Bollin put together some plans, made some changes to the project he had already seen and got to work. He completed the project just before the start of the school year and the garden is being used by Big Woods 1st and 2nd grade teachers.
