SOAR Regional Arts, Neighbor

Help SOAR Regional Arts kick off our 2013-2014 season by attending our 2nd annual fundraising concerts. Over 50 local students have combined to form our SOAR singers! There will be performances by the Cassidy Brothers Music, Cantabile Women's Ensemble from Elk River High School, and the SOAR board, as well!
