Knights Baseball Dominates Monticello

St. Michael-Albertville proves to be rude guests with a 25-5 road win.

Technically, St. Michael-Albertville split its Thursday baseball and softball matchups with Mississippi 8 rival Monticello—however, the Knights baseball victory proved to be slightly more heavy-handed than its softball loss to close out the first month of the spring sports season.

Baseball: Knights 25, Monticello 5

It only counts as one win, but St. Michael-Albertville's 25-5 victory at Monticello accounted for more than one-third of the runs that the Knights have scored all season long as the squad decisively improved to 5-4 on the year.
