No Name Steaks Rolls out Tasty Truck

St. Michael-based J&B Meats has unveiled the No Name Food Truck, which will appear in the DJ's Ace Hardware parking lot Fridays.

the St. Michael-based meats distributor that launched to national prominence with its No Name brand, is joining the food truck revolution.

The No Name Butcher Quality Meats truck was unveiled earlier this month, and has appeared in the parking lot each Friday, while also making trips down to the St. Paul Food Truck area, and the Canterbury Park Food Truck Festival on recent weekends.

Brian Willis of J&B told Patch the reception has been good. Two workers inside the truck, both part of the J&B staff, said they're excited to see where the truck might take them.
