Is There A Wrong Way To Eat Fruits and Veggies?

Fruits and Veggies are a very important part of ones diet, but is there a ''wrong way'' to eat these essential food groups. The answer is, YES! Additions of butter, multiple servings of oil, salt, and addition of sugar rich dressings to veggies is often what can often make or break a meal plan. Chili sauce with no high fructose corn syrup, salt free seasonings, and a proper serving size of oil, or just raw veggies can keep you rocking on your diet and get you to your goals. Fruits are the tricky one. Fruits are good for you, but not in mass quantities like veggies. They still contain a naturally high level of sugar. Have your serving amount of antioxidant rich fruits, pomegranates, blueberries, black berries and have lower amounts of bananas, apples, and oranges. Lemons in water is the best way to add low calorie flavor to get to your fluid goal of the day. Stick to it and you will reach your fitness goals! Happy Thursday Everyone!
