St. Michael-Albertville Girl Scouts Collecting School Supplies
Girl Scout Troop #13502 is asking the community to donate school supplies this fall to help local families.
St. Michael-Albertville Girl Scout Troop 13502 is collecting school supplies for local families. The girls, ages 10-11, are asking that as you shop for your student's supplies that you might pick up some extras to be donated. Specifically they are asking for new dry erase markers, notebooks, pencils, crayons, folders and tissues. All supplies can be dropped off at Big Woods Elementary, Fieldstone Elementary or St. Michael Elementary at the August 27 open house night.
"We really wanted to think of a project that would help the local community," Lauren Pomerleau said.
All the donated supplies will be staying at the local schools to help any families who may need assistance providing supplies for their children.
