A Week for Kids, Parents in St. Michael, Albertville

As the school year crosses the halfway point, conferences and activities heat up an icy January.

After enjoying an almost “balmy” weekend in the Twin Cities, Mother Nature’s set to send us back into the freezer this week, but more on that later this week.

You can avoid the winter “blahs” with some cool activities this week.

Financial Aid Night at the High School

Child looking to attend college or a university next year? All juniors and seniors are invited to the St. Michael-Albertville High Performing Arts Center tonight (Monday) at 7 p.m. for Financial Aid Information night. Representatives from the high school administration and the guidance office will be on hand to assist parents and students with applications for financial aid, which are almost as difficult as those tax forms you’ll be filling out later this month.
