Open Houses, Sporting Events and Meetings: This Week in St. Michael, Albertville

Here is a look at some of the events happening in the St. Michael and Albertville communities the week of Aug. 26-Aug. 31, 2013. Do you have an event to share? Add it to the St. Michael Patch events calendar. 

St. Michael Elementary open house, Fieldstone Elementary open house and Big Woods Elementary open house are all scheduled for 6-7:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 26. 

The STMA High School girls varsity tennis match against Anoka High School starts at 4:15 p.m. Monday, Aug. 26 at the STMA Middle School West tennis courts. 

The St. Michael City Council is scheduled to meet 7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 27 at City Hall, 11800 Town Center Drive  NE in St. Michael. 

The STMA High School girls soccer teams take on Saint Cloud Tech starting with the JV at 3 p.m. and varsity at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 27 at St. Michael-Albertville Community Education Soccer Field. 

The STMA High School boys football 9 game is scheduled against Buffalo High School 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 28 at the STMA Middle School West football field. The girls varsity tennis team has a 4:15 match against Totino-Grace at the STMA Middle School West tennis courts.

There is a St. Michael Library Teen Advisory Board Meeting 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 29. Snacks will be provided. Teens are needed to help the library plan upcoming library teen events. All teens are invited to attend and provide input. 

The STMA High School boys soccer teams take on Chanhassen High School Thursday, Aug. 29 with the JV playing at 5 p.m. followed by the varsity at 7 p.m. St. Michael-Albertville Community Education Soccer Field.
