Michele Bachmann to Discuss Ideas with Residents at 'Coffee With Your Congresswoman'
The sixth congressional district congresswoman, who represents St. Michael and Albertville, is scheduled to be at Caribou Coffee in Monticello at 8 a.m. Saturday.
St. Michael area residents will have an opportunity to voice concerns or discuss ideas with Minnesota's Congresswoman Michele Bachmann Saturday morning. Bachmann is hosting a "Coffee with your Congresswoman" event at Caribou Coffee in Monticello from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. Feb. 2. The shop is at 100 West 6th St. in Monticello. Bachmann represents Minnesota's sixth congressional district, which includes St. Michael and Albertville. She announced the coffee event on her Facebook page and Twitter feed Wednesday.

At the extreme end of losing business would be the boycott of Stillwater a few years back -- millions of dollars of lost business simply because the city was in Bachmann's district and she was the leader of anti-gay rights movement in MN legislature. That kind of lost business hurts small business the most, and it's what they are trying to avoid by keeping Bachmann out of their businesses. more ›
