St. Michael Photographer Earns Spot on Capture Minnesota

Shawn O'Neill fulfilled two dreams with one trip to Walnut Grove. Check out his amazing photo.

A local shutterbug's eye has landed him on "Capture Minnesota," a collection of distinctly Minnesota images collected by Twin Cities Public Television (TPT). Shawn writes: "My name is Shawn O'Neill and I have been a photographer since 1992. On a trip with my wife to Walnut Grove, MN to the Laura Ingalls Wilder Museum, as we were going through the buildings, I found this image.  "I shot this photograph in color and change it monochrome (B&W) to give it an 'old time' feel. "I always have had a special place for that simpler time and the story of Laura Ingalls Wilder I really had a connection with this photograph because of that time and the history.
