About Marissa
Marissa Partridge established Wonderful Day Weddings in 2006 because she saw the need for a more personalized and fun planning experience for couples. "Because your wedding should be your most wonderful day!" is her business philosophy and the answer to why she started Wonderful Day Weddings in the first place.
Marissa's mission is to use her expertise from the event industry and apply it to navigating her clients through the wedding planning process. After all, a wedding doesn't just happen, it is the culmination of endless hours of planning and event management.
Before founding Wonderful Day Weddings, Marissa worked as an Event Specialist in both the non-profit and corporate sectors. In addition to her work experience, Marissa has a B.A. in Marketing from Augsburg college.
Marissa has planned both grand and intimate affairs for couples in the Twin Cities metro. She works with all types of budgets and designs elegant, memorable weddings that engage all of the senses. She also has a passion for planning environmentally friendly weddings and repurposes unique and vintage items to be used as event props for her clientele.
In addition to her work life, Marissa is a wife and mother to two children. She lives and works in St. Michael and volunteers on the St. Michael Daze & Knights committee.

Hi,
I am working on a feature film that is helping a great cause as well as offering people the opportunity to get involved with the film. I think this would be a great story to write about and tell people. I just wanted to pass this along. …Or If it’s not too much trouble, pledge on something (they are offering great things!) and if you can also please pass this along to your
friends.
If I can help you out with anything or the production can help you with anything, please don’t hesitate to ask.
Here is the link for the film:
