"Kick it" for Elli Kickball Tournament

Elli Hofmeister is a 15 year old St. Michael young lady who has been diagnosed with a little known and very rare disease called Juvenile Huntington’s Disease (JHD).  Currently there are somewhere between 30 - 40 diagnosed JHD cases in the U.S.  Huntington's Disease is a hereditary, degenerative brain disorder that results in a loss of cognitive, behavioral and physical control - presently, there is no treatment or cure. HD slowly diminishes the affected person's ability to walk, think, talk and reason.

The kickball tournament will raise money for modifications needed for Elli’s home, medical expenses/research and to fulfill some of Elli’s dreams.

To enter the kickball tournament arrange your own co-ed team of 8 to 11 people and register with the "All for Elli" team at email listed below. Cost is $175.00 per team. Prizes will be awarded to the team with the best costume/uniform and the team with the best name, as determined by Elli. Two ways to have fun! Enter the “Competitive” bracket (ages 12 and up) or the “Just for Fun” bracket (ages 7 and up).

This is a family event!  There will be things for all ages to do.  We will be having a carnival for kids from 11am to 2pm with inflatables and games. In addition we will be having a raffle for items such as a TV, iPad Mini, MN Twin's tickets and more.  Fun for all!

To register a team email teamallforelli@gmail.com.
