Photo: Volunteers Pickup During the Crow River Cleanup
Volunteers from youth to adult helped with the Crow River Organization of Water's 10th annual Crow River Cleanup Saturday, Sept. 21, 2013.
A St. Michael group (pictured above) spent most of the morning picking up trash. Three teams of 18 people were distributed along the Crow River in St. Michael, picking up more than 20 bags of garbage.
"Accumulation has been way down than in previous years," Volunteer Organizer Lisa Omat said of the garbage volume.
