Hundreds Attend "Kick It" for Elli Kickball Tournament

Community members attended the tournament and kids carnival to support St. Michael teenager Elli Hofmeister who has been diagnosed with Juvenile Huntington's Disease.

St. Michael youth Elli Hofmeister and her family received support from hundreds if community members Saturday at the St. Michael Recreation Center.

Elli is a 15-year-old St. Michael youth who has been diagnosed with Juvenile Huntington’s Disease (JHD). The tournament was held to raise money for modifications needed for Elli’s home, medical expenses and “to fulfill some of Elli’s dreams,” according to organizers.
